Price Match Guarantee

We strive to offer the most competitive global prices. If you find a lower price from a legitimate competitor, let us know before you purchase we will match the Total Landed Cost¹ for your order.

How it Works:

If you find an identical note² currently available on eBay or a qualified dealer website³ at a lower total price (Item + Shipping the item on its own), we will match that price for a single note or the same quantity⁴ of notes. 

We match prices before your purchase and do not offer partial refunds based on price match requests after you purchase from us.

For customers outside the United States:

  • Matching US-Based Dealers: We match their landed total using First-Class Airmail Without Tracking (or better) to your country.

  • Matching International Dealers: We match their landed total using First-Class Airmail Without Tracking (or better) if shipped to the United States. Why? Because if the other dealer’s advantage is only due to lower postage and they’re in your same country/region and we are not, we cannot compete on that basis. To ensure an equal footing, we price match is based on the Total Landed Cost to the US, even though you live elsewhere. 

The Fine Print

  1. Total Landed Cost: Includes the item price plus the cost of shipping to the United States. For single notes, this is based on a standard envelope; for multiple notes, the quantity must match the competitor’s available stock.
  2. Identical Note & Grade: The note must be the same country, denomination, and series. We reserve the right to reject a price match if the competitor’s grade is inconsistent with the item’s appearance (e.g., a “Fine” note advertised as “VF”). Refer to our WMS Grading Criteria.
  3. Qualified Competitors: Applies to active eBay listings (98%+ positive feedback) or established professional banknote dealer websites with a physical address and secure checkout. 
  4. Quantity Available: the seller must have at least 5 of the item available, as our intention is not to price-match remnants or collectors disposing of a single note, as they may have no need to ask a fair retail price. If you are seeking to order more than 5 of the same item, the competitor must have that quantity available at the time of your request. 
  5. Exclusions: Does not apply to auctions, “Best Offer” accepted prices, lots including bulk/wholesale, prorated sets or lots, central banks, or liquidation sales.
  6. Combined Shipping: Total landed cost is based on shipping one item on its own, not a proportion of the total cost based on shipping multiple items at the same time.
